Christmas Russian Salad
Make this one, and we can guarantee that you will swipe your guests off their feet.
You will need:
- 5 medium to large potatoes
- 2 carrots
- 12 pickles
- 1 (15 oz) can sweet peas
- 7 oz ham
- 3 hard boiled eggs
- Mayonnaise
- Salt & pepper
Directions
- Boil potatoes & carrots. Dice, and place in a large bowl.
- Dice ham and pickles. Add to potatoes, and carrots.
- Add peas, and finely chopped eggs.
- Add salt & pepper, and mayonnaise. Mix well.
- Serve chilled. decorate with fresh parsley.
