Olive Balls
Olive Balls
Very festive, because of the white, red, and green colors. Tasty as well.
Also it is ridiculously easy to make them.
You will need:
- 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, room temperature
- a jar pimento stuffed green olives
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 lb blended pecans
Directions

In a large bowl, using hand mixer with dough hooks attached, mix together cream cheese,
salt, and 2 tablespoons juice from the olives until well blended - Refrigerate for about 30 minutes, until firm.
- Cover each olive with cream cheese mixture, form a ball.
- Roll each olive ball in pecan.
- You can serve them as they are, or cut in half and arrange them cut side up.
- Hint. Next time I am using Jumbo jalapeƱo stuffed olives.
