
Salad Snow White (Yogurt Dip)
Once upon a time, there was an awesome Christmas salad. They all called it Snow White...




You will need:
- 2Lb (900g) Yogurt
- 20oz(550g) Pickles
- Dill weed - 4 stalks
- Garlic - 3 cloves
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Parsley (for decoration)
- Salt - 1 teaspoon
- 2oz (55g) chopped walnuts (optional)
Directions
- Chop pickles finely. You be the judge, as finely you chop them , as smooth the texture will be.
- To maintain a good balance keep the ratio: 20oz(550g) pickles/2lb(900g) yogurt. You can use fresh cucumbers as well.
- In a bowl, combine yogurt, salt, vegetable oil & pickles. Mix.
- Mince garlic, and add to mixture. Mix well.
- Mince dill, and add to mixture. Slightly mix, green needs to show.
- Serve chilled. decorate with fresh parsley.
