Santa Appetizer – Kitchen Heaven

You will need:

1 Lb (4-5 large) potatoes
1 egg, room temperature
1/2 stick unsalted butter
1 teaspoon vinegar
7 oz feta cheese
3-4 tablespoons spaghetti sauce, or any of your favorite red, thick vegetables sauce
1 roasted, pickled red bell pepper
Ham
2 tablespoons sour cream
salt & pepper

Peel, and boil the potatoes, until soft when tested with a fork.
Drain and add butter, while potatoes are still hot. Mash them.
Add the egg, vinegar, sour cream, salt and pepper. Mash until is fluffy.
On a platter, or a large plate form Santa's face out of the mashed potatoes.
Try to keep it round.
Use Ham for the eyes, and the nose. Use roasted pepper for the lips.
Pour red sauce, to form the hat.
Finely grate feta cheese, and use it for the beard, and hat's fur.
Cover with aluminum foil, and place in refrigerator, for at lease an hour,
before serving
