Christmas Pork Roast
If you are looking for a Christmas dinner ideas, look no further. This is a roast that smells, and taste like Christmas. It can be the center piece of your Christmas table.
You will need:
- 4 Lb boneless pork loin roast
- 4-5 whole cloves
- 1/2 apple – sliced
- 32oz (2 cans) whole berry cranberry sauce
- 16oz chicken broth
- 2 tablespoons ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1 orange – zested
- salt & pepper to taste
Directions
- Place pork roast into a roasting pan, push whole cloves into meat.
- Cover with apple slices

In a large bowl, squash cranberry sauce, using potato masher.
Add chicken broth, cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Stir well. - Pour about half of the cranberry mixture over the pork. Cover with aluminum foil.
- Preheat oven to 400F.
- Bake for 30 minutes.

Pour the rest of the cranberry mixture, and sprinkle with zested orange.
Return to oven. -
Bake until meat thermometer reads 145F.
To take the measurement, insert thermometer in to the center of the meat.
