Deviled Eggs

Deviled Eggs – when you want to be surprisingly predictable. Make no mistake, they are loved by everyone.

You will need:

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • lettuce and paprika for decoration

Directions

  • Bring salted water to boil, and let eggs cook for 15 minutes. Remove from heat,
    and place under cold tap water.
  • Once cooled, remove the shells, cut eggs in half lengthwise, and scoop out the yolks.
  • In medium bowl blend the yolks, vinegar, mayonnaise, mustard, salt & pepper.
    If mixture falls apart, add more mayonnaise. Be carefull, mixture should be rather dry.
  • Scoop yolk mixture back in to the whites. Decorate with paprika, and place on a lettuce bed.
  • Cool before serving.
