Coquito
A great beverage, to warm up your Thanksgiving party!
You will need:
- 2 egg yolks, beaten
- 12oz can evaporated milk
- 14oz can cream of coconut
- 14oz can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup white rum
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanila extract
Directions

Using double boiler, combine egg yolks & evaporated milk.
Cook over simmering water, stir constantly.
Cook until mixture reaches 160F (71C), and coats the back of a spoon. -
Pour the mixture in a blender, and add cream of coconut, condensed milk,
spices, water, and rum. - Blend for about 30-45 sec.
- Pour in a covered pitcher, and chill overnight.
- You can sprinkle additional cinnamon before serving.
